CREAM PUFFS

Ingredients for 25 cream puffs

50 decilitres water

50 decilitres whole milk

50 grams (unsalted) dairy butter

50 grams flour

A pinch of salt

2 eggs

Directions

- Bring the water, milk and butter to a boil

- When the butter is melted and starting to boil, take the pan of the fire

- Add the flour and salt, and blend the ingredients until it’s a smooth mixture

- Put the pan back on the fire to let the flour be cooked/ to cook the flour

- Put the dough in a mixing bowl and let it rest for about three minutes

- Add the eggs one at a time and keep blending the mixture until the eggs are incorporated into the batter

- Pour the batter into a piping bag and spray the cream puffs on a baking sheet

- Bake the puffs in 18-20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.

- Let the puffs cool down

- Whip the cream with sugar and fill a piping bag with the cream

- The final step is to fill the puffs with cream and then the cream puffs are done!
