Shipping within 2 Business Days
All products are freshly prepared for you. We ship your order within two business days. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
Packages are sent via PostNL (which delivers 95% of orders the next day). For orders above €75,- within the Netherlands, there are no shipping costs. For orders below €75,-, the shipping fee is €5,95 per shipment within the Netherlands.
Please note that if you choose to have the package delivered to someone else, PostNL no longer leaves notes in the mailbox in case of absence. Make sure to share the tracking information with the recipient to ensure they receive the package, or keep an eye on the PostNL delivery status if it's sent to a pick-up location or delivered to neighbors.
If you wish to have your gift delivered at a different time, please let us know in the comments section when placing your order, and we'll take that into account.
It's possible that PostNL may deliver your package later, which is beyond our control. If you want to ensure that the product arrives at a specific time, we recommend picking it up from one of our locations.
For hygienic and food safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to process returns. However, please let us know if a product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
We are not responsible for orders delivered after busy holidays due to delays with the carrier PostNL. Please order your products in advance or pick them up from one of our stores to ensure they arrive on time. The products are freshly prepared and have a shelf life extending beyond the Christmas holidays. We cannot issue refunds for delayed orders.
