First and foremost, chocolate confectioner Van Soest uses its own recipes voor chocolates and pralines, truffles and ganaches. In addition, the confectioners are continuously developing new products using pure chocolate. The assortment includes for example bars of chocolate with nuts, with pepper and with other surprising ingredients. We are proud to divulge that the cocoa mixture which is used for these chocolate products was specially developed in Paris for Van Soest.
