This unique chocolate has been developed in cooperation with the chocolatiers of the Or Noir Lab in Paris, exclusively for Van Soest. The cacao beans are carefully selected and are originally coming from the best plantations in Ecuador, Venezuela and Sao Thome. The unique combination of these beans, with its own characteristic taste, is what makes this chocolate so special. The Gold chocolate is a true taste sensation, in which the high content of cacao (72,90%) dominates. A bitter body alternates with fresh tones of fruit; this makes the whole an intense chocolate with class.
